Modular plastic brine manifolds

Plastic brine manifold type 2067

A compact, modular brine manifold made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide for distributing brine from geothermal probes, energy baskets or ground collectors. Adjustment is simple and efficient thanks to an easy-to-read sight glass.

Design:

• Flow meters and regulating valves integrated in the supply line
• All brine circuits equipped with shut-off valves in both supply and return lines
• Modular design of individual components
• Circuit connections can be shut off via valves in flow and return lines
• Manifold segments can be assembled without tools
• Self-sealing manifold segments using O-ring technology
• Connection thread male 1" for probe/collector
• Spigot spacing: 100 mm

Heat pump connection:

• With flange for ball valve set (accessories) and PE welding spigot d 40 mm
• Alternatively with PE welding spigot d 40 mm only
• Alternatively with union nut G 1 1/2"

Accessories:

• Connection fittings for PE pipes (brass compression fittings) d 25, 32 and 40 mm
• Connection fittings with welding spigot d 32 mm
• Manometer
• Thermometer

Plastic brine manifold types 2068–2069

Distributor design based on type 2061, but with circuit connections featuring a secure plug-in connection system.

Design:

• PE plug-in/welding connection with radial sealing via O-ring
• Stainless steel safety clip
• Individual shut-off of brine circuits via valves in flow and return lines
• Flow meter with regulating valve integrated in the flow line
• Heat pump connection optionally via ball valve, weld end d 40 mm, or threaded connection G 1 1/2"

Types:

• Type 2068: manifold set with flow meter 7–32 l/min and plug-in/welding connection
• Type 2069: manifold set with flow meter 4–20 l/min and plug-in/welding connection
