FRANK chamber manifolds – overview

All FRANK chamber manifolds are fully pre-assembled and delivered leak-tested. With a variety of designs and sizes, the system covers the requirements of all types of construction projects.

FRANK chamber manifold

Chamber manifold type WM

Compact chamber manifold for connecting surface collectors, energy baskets or geothermal probes. Designed for up to 8 circuits and intended for wall mounting. Installation is simple due to the compact dimensions and low weight.

The distributor is fully equipped with shut-off and control fittings, as well as integrated flow meters. The circuit connections are directed downwards and welded watertight into the chamber base. The manhole cover is sealed and lockable.

Chamber manifold D 400 / D 600

An optimised, fully prefabricated solution for small and medium-sized construction projects, intended for direct connection of geothermal probes or energy baskets. Chamber wall, base and cover are made of plastic.

All connections are welded watertight through the chamber wall. The integrated manifold supports up to 12 circuits and is supplied complete with shut-off and control valves. Installation is straightforward due to the compact design and low weight.

Equipped with a lockable plastic manhole cover (class A15).

Chamber manifold L-500 / L-520 / L-540

Manifold system with up to 12 circuits in a compact design, featuring an inspection-friendly, bright chamber housing and a horizontally arranged manifold bar.

The chamber cover can be adjusted on site using a telescopic insert to match installation height requirements. Optionally available with a shut-off ball valve at the heat pump connection.

Chamber manifold L-750-T

Compact chamber manifold with an inspection-friendly, light-coloured chamber housing (750 mm diameter). The system features a horizontally arranged manifold with up to 10 circuits.

The chamber is equipped with a telescopic insert, allowing easy height adjustment of the cover directly on site. Optionally available with a shut-off ball valve at the heat pump connection.

Chamber manifold V-1200-T

Factory-preassembled PE chamber manifold with a bright, inspection-friendly inner surface and an integrated V-shaped manifold design.

The chamber cover includes a telescopic insert for easy height adjustment. Available with class A15 manhole cover, optionally traffic-loadable.

Designed for up to 24 brine circuits. All circuits are equipped with shut-off and control valves. All connections are welded watertight through the chamber body.

Chamber manifold H-1400-T

Factory-preassembled PE chamber manifold with a bright, inspection-friendly inner surface and integrated H-shaped manifold design.

The chamber cover includes a telescopic insert for flexible height adjustment. Available with class A15 manhole cover, optionally traffic-loadable.

Designed for up to 40 brine circuits. All circuits include shut-off and control valves. All connections are welded watertight through the chamber wall.

Types of manifolds (general information)

FRANK chamber manifolds integrate fully factory-preassembled brine manifolds. Depending on chamber design, up to 40 brine circuits can be accommodated in vertical chambers, while horizontal systems allow an even higher number of circuits.

All manifolds are equipped with the necessary shut-off and regulating valves. All connections are welded watertight through the chamber body. Due to their low weight, the ready-to-connect chamber manifolds can be transported and installed easily.

Submarine chamber manifold

Manufactured from FRANK PE 100 spiral pipe and tailored individually to project requirements in terms of size and design. The spiral pipe is watertight welded and features a light, inspection-friendly inner surface.

The chamber manifolds are equipped with all required shut-off and control valves.

Upon request, static design can be engineered for car or truck loads or for resistance against groundwater pressure.
