Designed for safe backfilling of boreholes during the installation of geothermal probes. The injection pipe is available in diameters d 25 mm, d 32 mm and d 40 mm.

The FRANK pipe junction is used to combine the two circuits of duplex geothermal probes. In accordance with VDI 4640, each geothermal probe must still be routed individually to a manifold and be equipped with shut-off valves in both flow and return lines.
Its hydrodynamically optimised internal contour with a full flow cross-section ensures minimal pressure loss. The pipe junction is tested and manufactured in compliance with SKZ guideline HR 3.26.

The FRANK pipe joining system with electrofusion fittings enables efficient and time-saving installation when producing connection lines for geothermal probes. The otherwise required peeling of the pipe junction spigot is no longer necessary.
Reliable processing is ensured by proven technology with fully embedded heating coils. Optimised shrinkage behaviour and extended cold zones guarantee secure pressure build-up and permanently tight welded joints.
Alternatively, connections can also be made using electrofusion elbows d 40 mm. The optimised internal geometry with large cross-sections ensures low pressure losses.
This system is certified according to SKZ guideline HR 3.26.

The insertion aid, matched to the probe base, is used to securely attach the required weights without damaging the pipes or the probe base.
When push rods are used, the centering sleeve of the insertion aid acts as a stop. The insertion aid is suitable for geothermal probes with diameters d 32 mm and d 40 mm.
Special pull-in weights can be easily mounted onto the insertion aid of the probe base using screws.
The option of fastening with one or two screws allows either pendulum or rigid fixation.

FRANK spacers ensure a defined distance between the pipes of a geothermal probe. This prevents contact between pipes and avoids thermal short circuits between the cold supply and warm return lines.
They also ensure optimal embedding of the pipes in the backfilling material. The design allows a filling pipe to pass centrally through the spacer, enabling safe backfilling from bottom to top. A suitable PE filling pipe is available.

Geothermal probe systems operate invisibly underground. Unlike gas or drinking water pipelines, identification is not always immediately visible.
FRANK geothermal probe pipes are marked for identification during excavation work. To prevent accidental damage, the use of FRANK line warning tape is strongly recommended.

A complete range of molded fittings and elbows is available for connecting geothermal probe systems to heat pumps. The welding fittings and associated welding equipment cover all common dimensions and welding processes.

Unwinding device for geothermal probes d 32 mm and d 40 mm with lengths from 50 m to 300 m.
The robust design is made of galvanised steel. Adjustable core diameter and width allow flexible adaptation. The base frame can be secured using two lifting eyes.

For safe wall penetrations of pipelines with diameters from 40 mm to 125 mm.
The sealing elements are made of high-quality EPDM with corrosion-resistant stainless steel pressure plates. Suitable for installation in core drillings or wall sleeves. Special dimensions are available on request.
The FRANK SchlagPress seal enables fast, secure and installation-friendly pipe penetration in existing structures through an innovative annular gap injection system.

Designed for safe entry of multiple pipes into buildings. The BWD can be easily integrated into reinforcement structures, eliminating the need for complex drilling or individual sealing.
Factory-prepared wall or floor penetration system with PE sealing plate, integrated pipe seals and additional circumferential swelling tape.
